Memberships may be inactivated or placed on freeze as of the first of the month. To inactivate or freeze a membership, written notice and payment of dues and charges through the last day of the current month are required. Inactivated memberships cannot be reactivated for a minimum of nine months. Frozen memberships can be made for a minimum of three months at a nominal monthly fee. Members on freeze retain access to Group Exercise livestreamed classes and on-demand content. Upon reinstatement from the frozen membership, the reactivation fee is waived.
