Burn calories with this interval training class on the Woodway treadmills.

Each workout will alternate high-intensity cardio with full body strength training and core work. Participants set their own pace, and individuals of all fitness levels are welcome.

Sundays, 10 - 10:45 a.m.
Tuesdays, 5:45 - 6:30 a.m.
