River Workout: Condition and Kayak

Get outside and enjoy the Chicago River with this special two-part workout.

Tone up with strength-training exercises on the river walk before hitting the river for a guided kayak workout. Registration is required.

Monday, July 16

Strength Training: 6 - 6:30 p.m.
Kayak Workout: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Meet at the Kayak Dock (weather permitting)
