Cardio Swim

Keep your heart healthy and your joints happy with these conditioning workouts that will raise your heart rate, increase flexibility and build core strength.

Our swim coach will motivate swimmers to push themselves and offer feedback for improved efficiency in the water. Lap swimmers of all levels are welcome, and lanes will be grouped by ability level.
