Our smart cardio classes offer something for everyone, with workouts that include steady-state training, high-intensity interval training, circuit-style strength training, and much more.

VO2 Max Fat Burning Test Special

Make sure your workouts are as efficient as they can be. This test is the most accurate way to calculate heart rate training zones, which you can use to burn fat and calories effectively, and maximize performance. During February, receive $50 off our VO2 Max Test or $25 off a retest. Keep your heart healthy and your joints happy with these conditioning workouts that will raise your heart rate, increase flexibility and build core strength. MYZONE in the Zone

Heart Healthy MYZONE Challenge

Keep your heart healthy with this MYZONE challenge. Earn 2,500 MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs) in the green, yellow and red zones to be entered into a raffle to win a Thai Bodywork session or Performance Stretching session. This challenge is complimentary and is open to everyone who has a MYZONE belt, from newbies to experienced users.
