EBC Weight Loss Group: $50 Off

Our weight loss program will put you on the path to a better you. It’s easier to stick with a weight loss plan when you have a support group to share tips on diet and exercise. This program includes weekly group meetings with our dietitian, weekly group workouts with a personal trainer, Bod Pod body fat testing, and more. Nutrition Month Trivia

Do you know your nutrition trivia? Challenge yourself with weekly trivia questions. Every Monday in March, we’ll post a nutrition question on the EBC Facebook page. Correct answers posted by noon on Friday will be entered into a raffle for a prize. At the end of the month, each correct answer will be entered into an addition raffle for a grand prize. Winners will get to select their prize from a wide selection of kitchen gadgets to make healthy cooking more fun.

Out of the Rut: Cardio + Nutrition

If you find yourself in a springtime cardio rut, or if you’re looking for an extra boost to keep you motivated, join this two-month workout and nutrition program. Participants will receive a workout plan to do on their own as well as nutrition tips from our dietitian. Small-Group Fitness Nutrition Add-On

Get maximum results from our small-group fitness classes by supplementing your session with a customized nutrition plan from our dietitian. Clinical Nutrition Assessment

Meet with our dietitian for a nutrition assessment to help you reach your wellness goals with a focus on holistic health. The consultation includes two one-hour appointments, a customized nutrition plan detailing an assessment of your nutritional status, a sample week of meals, a grocery list, general nutrition education, supplement recommendations and a dining-out guide.
