Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a fun, social and economical alternative to one-on-one personal training.

Small group personal training is a fun way to work out with your friends. Form a group of three to five people, and we'll match you with a personal trainer who can help you reach your goals.

Sessions last 45 minutes and can be booked up to 14 days in advance.

$27 per person
