Private and Semi-Private Sessions

Whether it is one-on-one or with a partner, personal training sessions are a great way to get motivated and position yourself for success.

Private and semi-private sessions are a great opportunity to address specific fitness goals. Personal Trainers can help you improve body composition with weight loss and muscle gain, work on general strength and muscular endurance, enhance cardiovascular endurance, improve flexibility, and much more.

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training is available in private and semi-private (two-participant) sessions. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Sessions can be booked up to 14 days in advance.

Personal Training Session: $48
Master Training Session: $55
Semi-Private Personal Training: $60
Semi-Private Master Training: $68

Youth Personal Training Sessions (ages 6 and up)

Personal trainers work with children to improve strength, power, coordination, fitness and endurance. Workouts and exercises vary according to each child’s age and skill level, with a focus on proper form and safety. 

Youth personal training is available in private and semi-private (two-participant) sessions. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Sessions can be booked up to 14 days in advance.

Private Sessions: $48 - 55
Semi-Private Sessions: $60 - 68
