Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell Training offers a terrific full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness and increases muscular strength.

Kettlebells are bell shaped weights with a thick handle on top. Lifting and swinging the kettlebell in total body movements enhances mobility, increases strength and flexibility, and improves cardiovascular fitness. Certified kettlebell instructor, Maria Hillbring, teaches safe kettlebell techniques with detailed instruction. The workouts are personalized, making them a great addition to any fitness routine or sport-specific training regimen. 

All sessions are 45 minutes.

Private session: $48
Semi-private session: $60 
Small group class (three to five participants): $27 per person
