Boxing Training (private and semi-private)

Our coaching staff of competitive and formerly competitive boxers help clients improve strength, power, coordination, fitness and endurance. You will find this a fun, rewarding and beneficial workout.

Boxing is available in private and semi-private (two-participant) sessions. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Sessions can be booked up to 14 days in advance.

Boxing Session: $50
Master Trainer Boxing Session: $60
Semi-Private Boxing Session: $60
Semi-Private Master Trainer Boxing Session: $70

Fitness/Cardio Box Workout (private and semi-private)

Boxing offers the ultimate workout with a perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. In Fitness/Cardio Box Workouts, our boxing instructors incorporate a variety of punching, abdominal and movement exercises into this full-body workout. In addition, you will cover different styles of boxing and proper technique for advanced boxers.

Fitness/Cardio Box Workouts are available in private and semi-private (two-participant) sessions. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Sessions can be booked up to 14 days in advance.
