CompuTrainer Core Foundation

Get stronger faster with this cycling and strength class on the CompuTrainer. Participants will work on cycling foundations for 45 minutes before a 30-minute core and strength workout designed specifically for cyclists. Participants will need to bring their own bike to class each week to ride on the CompuTrainer. Bikes should have smooth road tires and a rounded end steel rear wheel skewer.
