CompuTrainer Core Foundation

Get stronger faster with this cycling and strength class on the CompuTrainer. Participants will work on cycling foundations for 45 minutes before a 30-minute core and strength workout designed specifically for cyclists. Participants will need to bring their own bike to class each week to ride on the CompuTrainer. Bikes should have smooth road tires and a rounded end steel rear wheel skewer. Swim Cross-Training

Swimming is an ideal way to cross-train, particularly during the colder months. This 15-week program is the perfect supplement to any workout regimen, and it will give your legs and muscles a chance to recover while providing low-impact full-body strength and cardiovascular workouts. Participants will improve strength in the upper body and core muscle groups that will improve posture and endurance. An EBC Master Swim Coach will lead these workouts, offering drills and feedback to improve stroke technique and efficiency. Participants will also receive additional weekly written workout to be done on their own.
