Gear up for triathlon season with our new triathlon-training program designed for tri newbies and seasoned veterans alike. Register for the entire program or pick and choose which workouts you would like to attend. Participants enrolled in the full seven-week session will receive additional workouts to complete on their own. Swim Cross-Training

Swimming is an ideal way for runners, cyclists and other athletes to cross-train, particularly during the colder months. This 16-week program is the perfect supplement to any workout regimen, and it will give your muscles and joints a chance to recover while providing low-impact full-body strength and cardiovascular workouts. Participants will improve strength in the upper body and core muscle groups that will improve posture and endurance. This program is for swimmers at a beginner-intermediate level and higher; the ability to swim laps is necessary. We are still accepting participants, and the class will be prorated. Track Workouts
