Keep your heart healthy and your joints happy with these conditioning workouts designed to raise your heart rate, increase flexibility and build core strength. EBC Swim Coaches will keep swimmers motivated and offer feedback for improved efficiency in the water. Lap swimmers of all levels are welcome, and lanes will be grouped by ability level. The East Bank Club Masters Swim Team offers a great way to stay in top swimming shape. The workouts incorporate interval training, and swimmers are grouped by level to give everyone the best workout possible. Coaches provide swimmers with tips for improved technique. Participants should be at an intermediate level or higher. Workouts are adjusted for those who wish to only swim freestyle. There is no advance registration for Masters Swim. Please note, Masters Swim will run on an amended schedule the weekend of March 4 to accommodate the Club’s Indoor Triathlon.
