Goddess Challenge

This class, designed specifically for the female athlete, combines reactive training with agility, speed and quickness drills. We’ll help you run faster, bike longer, become more agile, become stronger in yoga or simply build your confidence as an athlete. We begin with a functional movement screening that addresses weaknesses, then we work on movement skills such as acceleration, absolute speed and cutting, as well as core development.
