It’s easier to stick with a weight loss plan when you have a support group to share tips on diet and exercise. This program includes weekly group meetings with our dietitian, weekly group workouts with a personal trainer, Bod Pod body fat testing, printed workouts to do on your own, and a binder full of the latest nutritional information.
