Fierce Female Fitness

This killer workout is designed to help women get into the best shape of their lives. Participants utilize medicine balls, tires, sleds and their own body-weight to build strength, tone muscles and increase cardiovascular fitness. Goddess Challenge

This class, designed specifically for the female athlete, combines reactive training with agility, speed and quickness drills. We’ll help you run faster, bike longer, become more agile, become stronger in yoga or simply build your confidence as an athlete. We begin with a functional movement screening that addresses weaknesses, then we work on movement skills such as acceleration, absolute speed and cutting, as well as core development. Yoga for Moms-to-Be

Yoga during pregnancy helps expecting moms relax, breathe and stay fit, and it can improve sleep, digestion and mood. Yoga also relieves muscle and joint discomfort, and it provides tools for labor and delivery and post-partum recovery. This small-group class in the private yoga studio covers poses and modifications that you can use in group yoga classes and on your own.
