Teen Fitness Classes and Programs

Teen Fitness Certification (ages 13 - 15)

A personal trainer will go over basic guidelines of safe strength training and club policies regarding working out. After becoming certified, teens can work out in designated fitness areas during teen workout hours. Sessions are 45 minutes. Price: $45 - 48
