Various teen fitness programs are offered throughout the year.

Teen Fitness Classes and Programs

Teen Fitness Certification (ages 13 - 15)

A personal trainer will go over basic guidelines of safe strength training and club policies regarding working out. After becoming certified, teens can work out in designated fitness areas during teen workout hours. Sessions are 45 minutes. Price: $48 - 55

Youth Fit (ages 10 - 13)

Pre-teens and tweens will work with a personal trainer to learn proper fitness techniques and build a solid exercise foundation. To register, contact the Reservations Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222, or reservations@eastbankclub.com.
