Performance Center

Push yourself to the limit in our state-of-the-art Performance Center.

These classes are designed to build strength and endurance through short, intense bursts of effort followed by active recovery. They are progressively challenging, so you'll push yourself harder and farther each week. These classes are intended for intermediate to advanced exercisers.

Please note that these classes are offered in pre-scheduled sessions. Because the classes are progressive, and in order to provide the most beneficial program possible, sessions cannot be individually tailored.

Performance Center Classes

Elements: Introduction to High Intensity Interval Training

These moderate- to high-intensity circuits feature body-weight movements with timed recovery to build strength and tone muscle. Led by EBC Personal Trainers and Performance Coaches, each workout will include a dynamic warm-up, full-body workout and a cool down. Participants of all levels are welcome. Goddess Challenge

This class, designed specifically for the female athlete, combines reactive training with agility, speed and quickness drills. We’ll help you run faster, bike longer, become more agile, become stronger in yoga or simply build your confidence as an athlete. We begin with a functional movement screening that addresses weaknesses, then we work on movement skills such as acceleration, absolute speed and cutting, as well as core development. J.U.S.T. (Jean’s Ultimate Speed Training)

This class offers high intensity workouts for the athlete in us all. The workouts incorporate multi-planar movements as well as explosive acceleration and deceleration and fundamental techniques on how to change direction and speed. M.A.A.T.: Moms Are Athletes, Too

Designed to get hard-working moms into the best shape of their lives. Participants utilize medicine balls, tires, sleds and their own body-weight to build strength, tone muscles and increase cardiovascular fitness. MetCon Fit

Tabata Training

Burn fat fast with this intense class. Tabata is a method of interval training that consists of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for four minutes. Tabata training increases your metabolism so that you will burn more calories throughout the day. This class utilizes barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises. TRX Suspension Training Group Classes
