Get started on your fitness routine with any of these programs designed for beginners and those who are new to the Club.

ActivTrax

ActivTrax is a system that offers members personalized workouts on the machines in the Cardiovascular and Selectorized Rooms. Based on your personal workout preferences, goals and exercise experience, ActivTrax will provide workouts to get you where you want to go. First, our fitness staff will conduct an initial one-hour evaluation of your fitness level and fitness goals. With that information, ActivTrax will guide you through a series of customized workouts. Elements: Introduction to High Intensity Interval Training

These moderate- to high-intensity circuits feature body-weight movements with timed recovery to build strength and tone muscle. Led by EBC Personal Trainers and Performance Coaches, each workout will include a dynamic warm-up, full-body workout and a cool down. Participants of all levels are welcome. Intro to Power Plate

Come see what the buzz is all about and get an efficient and effective full-body workout in just 30 minutes. The Power Plate uses vibration technology to increase strength, improve flexibility and balance, and maximize workout recovery.
