Get started on your fitness routine with any of these programs designed for beginners and those who are new to the Club.

ActivTrax

ActivTrax is a system that offers members personalized workouts on the machines in the Cardiovascular and Selectorized Rooms. Based on your personal workout preferences, goals and exercise experience, ActivTrax will provide workouts to get you where you want to go. First, our fitness staff will conduct an initial one-hour evaluation of your fitness level and fitness goals. With that information, ActivTrax will guide you through a series of customized workouts. Elements: Introduction to High Intensity Interval Training

These moderate- to high-intensity circuits feature body-weight movements with timed recovery to build strength and tone muscle. Led by EBC Personal Trainers and Performance Coaches, each workout will include a dynamic warm-up, full-body workout and a cool down. Participants of all levels are welcome. Mount Kilimanjaro Stair Challenge

Step up to the Mount Kilimanjaro challenge this September. Participants who accumulate 19,341 feet of stairs or 1,934 floors on the TechnoGym Excite Climb or Stairmaster Gauntlet will receive a prize. R & R (Relax and Rejuvenate) Open House

Stop by the Performance Center to learn about the many ways to help your body relax and rejuvenate with this hands-on open house. We’ll demonstrate trigger point products and soft tissue recovery techniques that are essential before and after working out. While you’re there, enjoy a complimentary 10-minute Thai Bodywork or Performance Stretching session.
