Water Aerobics

Water aerobics provides a terrific low-impact workout that increases cardiovascular health and improves muscular strength.

Power Splash

This advanced water workout class features more intense cardio work than our regular classes. Strength training is emphasized as well with the use of resistance equipment, such as bands and fins. Water shoes are highly recommended. There is no advance registration for this class. In the case of inclement weather, this class will be held in the Fourth Level Indoor Pool.

Super H20 Plus

This water workout class incorporates elements of boxing, tai chi and aerobic exercises, all while using three-pound hand and ankle weights. There is no advance registration for this class.

Water Express

This is simply a shorter version (45 minutes) of our Water Workout class. Participants of all levels benefit from this fun, high-intensity and extremely low-impact workout.
