Athletic Stretch

Barre Chisel

This class incorporates elements of ballet, modern dance, Pilates and yoga with light weight-training to improve muscular endurance and balance. It’s a non-stop endurance workout that uses isotonic and isometric contractions to work both the small intrinsic muscles and the major muscle groups, resulting in a sculpted upper body, firmer thighs and a lifted seat.
