Water Workout

People of all fitness levels can benefit from this fun, high-intensity, cardiovascular workout in a virtually stress-free environment. This is the perfect class for those who love aerobics but are looking for a low impact option. There is no advance registration for this class. In the case of inclement weather, this class will be held in the Fourth Level Indoor Pool.

Yoga for Moms-to-Be

Yoga during pregnancy helps expecting moms relax, breathe and stay fit, and it can improve sleep, digestion and mood. Yoga also relieves muscle and joint discomfort, and it provides tools for labor and delivery and post-partum recovery. This small-group class in the private yoga studio covers poses and modifications that you can use in group yoga classes and on your own.
