This class blends dance, martial arts and healing arts, such as yoga, to create a dynamic mind-body-spirit fitness practice. It incorporates both structured and freeform easy-to-follow moves set to world music. The workouts are extremely low-impact, are performed barefoot and are perfect for participants at all fitness levels. Nia improves cardiovascular health, balance, strength, flexibility and mobility.
