Dynamic Forever

This fun class covers a variety of exercises designed to improve muscular strength, balance, range of movement and functional skills for daily living. Participants work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing, stability balls and walking intervals on the track. All of the exercises can be modified to meet any individual participant’s needs. The atmosphere is for those who are young at heart.

Nia

This class blends dance, martial arts and healing arts, such as yoga, to create a dynamic mind-body-spirit fitness practice. It incorporates both structured and freeform easy-to-follow moves set to world music. The workouts are extremely low-impact, are performed barefoot and are perfect for participants at all fitness levels. Nia improves cardiovascular health, balance, strength, flexibility and mobility.
