Happy Hour Ride

Put your foot to the pedal and start your weekend off right with this heart-pumping, music-driven hour-long workout. Participants of all levels are welcome. If you have never taken an Indoor Cycling class before, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so the instructor can help you get situated and fit your bike properly. Please note, we cannot admit anyone who arrives five minutes after the start of class. There is no advance registration for this class.

Indoor Cycling

Music Video Ride

This special indoor cycling class features a high-energy workout set to music videos to keep things fun and to keep you motivated. Participants of all levels are welcome. If you have never taken an Indoor Cycling class before, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so the instructor can help you get situated and fit your bike properly. Please note, we cannot admit anyone who arrives five minutes after the start of class. Advance registration is required for the Saturday 8:30 a.m. class. Registration opens at 7 a.m. the Friday before. To register, contact the Reservation Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222. Registration cannon be taken by email or voicemail. Registered participants must check-in with the instructor by 8:25 a.m. the day of class to keep their spot.

MYZONE in the Zone

This indoor cycling class focuses on interval training. Participants will use their MYZONE Physical Activity Belt to accurately target specific heart rate zones for an efficient workout. MYZONE belts are available in the Pro Shop. Participants of all are levels welcome. If you have never taken an Indoor Cycling class before, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so the instructor can help you get situated and fit your bike properly.
