Happy Hour Ride

Put your foot to the pedal and start your weekend off right with this heart-pumping, music-driven hour-long workout. Participants of all levels are welcome. If you have never taken an Indoor Cycling class before, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so the instructor can help you get situated and fit your bike properly. Please note, we cannot admit anyone who arrives five minutes after the start of class. There is no advance registration for this class.

This indoor cycling class focuses on interval training. Participants will use their MYZONE Physical Activity Belt to accurately target specific heart rate zones for an efficient workout. MYZONE belts are available in the Pro Shop. Participants of all are levels welcome.
