Buff Yoga

Core Blend

Define your core muscles (abs and back) using Resist-A-Balls and the BOSU Balance Trainer. The Resist-A-Balls are used to build both upper body and abdominal strength while the BOSU Balance Trainer is used to improve and strengthen balance. There is no advance registration for this class.

Hard Core
