Exercise Programs

We offer a wide variety of complimentary group exercise classes taught by the most experienced professionals.

With more than 180 complimentary group classes each week, you'll find classes that will work your core, improve your cardiovascular fitness, enhance your mind/body connection, and much more. Classes are offered for those at every fitness level, from beginners to competitive athletes.

To achieve the benefits of cross training, we encourage everyone to participate in a variety of classes, always exercising at a comfortable yet challenging level.

The Club has three premier exercise studios with shock-absorbing floors, a yoga studio with wood flooring and a 60-bike indoor cycling studio.
