Massage Therapy

Massage is one of the most effective ways to combat stress and enhance wellness.

Our licensed and experienced therapists will work with you to customize your experience, adjusting for temperature, pressure and individual needs.

How to get the most out of your massage

• We recommend using the steam room, sauna or whirlpool 5 to 10 minutes before your massage. Massage works best on warm and relaxed muscles.
• For your comfort, please shower prior to arriving for your massage. A warm shower washes off any salts, minerals or chemicals that could clog pores when mixed with massage oils.
• We recommend undressing completely and coming to your appointment in a complimentary robe and sandals, which are available at the Spa desk. You will be able to disrobe and cover yourself privately before your massage begins. This does not include Thai Massage and the Stress Buster, for which we ask that you arrive fully clothed.
• Communication with your therapist is essential. By letting your therapist know any areas to focus on or avoid, they can cater the appointment to your needs. As the session continues, let your therapist know if you are experiencing any discomfort.
• Take deep breaths to get rid of tension and calm your muscles. By clearing your mind, you can focus on relaxation.
• Aromatherapy upgrades are available for all massage services. We use oil blended from the purest natural ingredients to enhance their inherent properties and rejuvenate the body and mind.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule your appointment for health or hygiene reasons.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage incorporates gentle stretching and pressure techniques, used to release held patterns and blockages in the body and to treat persistent pain. The practitioner uses hands, feet, arms and legs to guide the recipient through a series of yoga postures involving fluid movements, gentle stretching and breath work. Our treatment has been adapted for the spa environment and is performed on the massage table as opposed to the traditional mat. We ask that you come in loose-fitting, comfortable clothes.
