Group Classes

Choose from any of our small group Pilates classes, which range from traditional Reformer classes to specialized offerings.

Try one of our small-group (eight participants or less) Pilates classes. You'll find classes designed for Pilates beginners, classes for those with Pilates experience, and specialty classes for those with particular needs.

Pilates Small Group Classes

Cardio Pilates

This fast-paced Pilates workout incorporates the Reformer, Jumpboard and Low Chair to get your heart rate going while working on your core. To register, contact the Reservation Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222.

Pilates Beginner Equipment Class

Pilates Boot Camp

Pilates Equipment Class

This class is designed for those who have taken at least three private Pilates sessions or the Pilates Beginner Equipment Class (formerly Pilates Beginner Reformer Class). Exercises enhance core strength, mind/body awareness, muscular flexibility and joint mobility using the Reformer and Stability Chair. Pilates for Teens

Pilates is an effective tool for increasing the balance, core strength and flexibility in teens’ growing bodies. In addition to these physical benefits, this class, led by Pilates and GYROTONIC® Director Lisa Stevens, will utilize Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, to increase participants’ mental acuity and improve their overall athletic performance. Pilates Suspended

Experience Pilates in an entirely new way. This class combines traditional Pilates work with the rigors of TRX Suspension Training. TRX is a revolutionary method of bodyweight training that uses two straps anchored to the ceiling to leverage gravity, enabling hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. Prenatal Pilates

The core-building principles of Pilates perfectly address the physical needs of pregnant women. Pilates tones abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles, enabling them to support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. This class will use the Reformers as well as props such as foam rollers and Swiss balls to help expecting moms stay fit, connect with their bodies and develop breathing techniques.
