Boxing

Boxing provides the ultimate workout with a perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

Our coaching staff of competitive and formerly competitive boxers help clients improve strength, power, coordination, fitness and endurance. You will find this a fun, rewarding and beneficial workout.

Boxing is available in private and semi-private (two-participant) sessions. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Sessions can be booked up to 14 days in advance.

Master Training Boxing Session: $52
Semi-Private Boxing Session: $52
Semi-Private Master Boxing: $54
