Chicago Triathlon Training Program

This 16-week program will help athletes of all levels train for the Chicago Triathlon (sprint or international distances) on Sunday, August 27. The program includes three coached workouts weekly, an online training log and regular emails from coaches. Open Water Swim Training Program

Train for open water swimming events with this 17-week program. Chicago is set to host several races in 2017 in addition to the Chicago Triathlon. We’ll prepare you for any of these events, or simply make you a better open water swimmer. Group swims will start in the pool and move to the lake as temperatures allow. Running Over 40

Is it safe to run as you age? Join us as we discuss the myths of running as an older adult and strategies to keep you running strong. Participants will learn drills and exercises to do on their own.
