This 16-week program will help athletes of all levels train for the Chicago Triathlon. The program includes three coached workouts weekly, bike handling workshops, transition workouts and an online training log for all athletes. Each participant will be given a VO2 Max Test at the start of the program to determine personalized heart-rate training zones.
