Join this novice-level training group to prepare for the Tiki Run on Sunday, June 17. The eight-week program includes one run/walk workout and one strength-training workout each week. Ironman Challenge

Complete a full Ironman triathlon during the month of March and be entered into a raffle. Each Ironman triathlon is comprised of 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile run. Prizes include 360 Coaching™ and Performance Stretching sessions. Three winners will be drawn. Participants may complete multiple Ironman triathlons for additional raffle entries. To enter, log your workouts in the Ironman Challenge binder located at the main island in the Cardiovascular Room.

Track Workouts

Our coaches will help you improve speed and efficiency, aerobic and muscular fitness, race pacing, and confidence within your training level. Come prepared for a variety of challenging but enjoyable workouts. Runners of all fitness levels can benefit from these sessions.
