This 21-week program is designed for runners of all levels, from first-time marathoners to experienced runners, who are preparing for the Chicago Marathon in October. The program includes weekly track workouts, weekly long runs, weekly informational emails, an online training log, monthly lectures and discount offers for other Performance Training programs.
