Hustle Chicago Training Program

This six-week training program will help you prepare for the Hustle Chicago race (formerly Hustle Up the Hancock). The twice-weekly cardiovascular workouts will incorporate full-body cross training to help you conquer all 96 floors without losing your breath. J.U.S.T. (Jean’s Ultimate Speed Training)

This class offers high intensity workouts for the athlete in us all. The workouts incorporate multi-planar movements as well as explosive acceleration and deceleration and fundamental techniques on how to change direction and speed.
