Sarah will help you clean out your cupboards, refrigerator and freezer of unhealthy foods, looking at the types of food you purchase and offering better alternatives. She will provide tips for storing food properly to maximize freshness and reduce waste, as well as a list of healthy products to stock in your home. May is National Stroke Awareness Month. Join Rush University Medical Center stroke expert Dr. Michael Chen, MD, and EBC Dietitian Sarah Gottlieb, RD, LD, for a discussion about strokes that will include warning signs, preventative measures and effective treatment options.
