The goal of this program is to have students shoot in the 90s within six months. Start playing golf with your friends, family and co-workers sooner than you ever thought possible. Head Golf Professional Dan Palonis, PGA, will prepare new players to enter the game informed and confident. This program meets two times a week for eight weeks and includes a set of clubs. This class will improve participants’ flexibility, strength, balance and power for a better golf game. Personal trainer and Power Plate instructor Eric Martinez will lead participants through exercises that will utilize a variety of strength-training tools, including the Power Plate and Kinesis equipment, with a focus on dynamic movements, hip mobility and grip strength.
