Your 30-Day Challenge is a program that combines personalized workouts, meal plans, mind/body guidance and much more over the course of 30 days. The program is completely customized, with an emphasis on increasing energy and metabolism and improving physical and mental well being. You will be given an individualized step-by-step plan to set realistic and attainable goals to become revitalized, healthier and leaner.
Your 30-Day Challenge includes:
- A personalized nutrition evaluation that fits your lifestyle
- A 30-day balanced meal plan with delicious and satisfying recipes using foods you enjoy
- Weekly appointments with our registered dietitian to review a food diary and track measurements and weight
- A challenging yet manageable 30-day personalized exercise plan from a personal trainer. The plan will be based on your lifestyle, interests and schedule and will be paired with weekly one-on-one personal training sessions.
- A one-on-one grocery store tour with the dietitian to learn how to read labels, understand ingredients lists and choose the best products.
- Meeting with a licensed professional counselor to reduce stress, become positive and learn techniques to develop mindful eating behaviors
- Bod Pod body fat testing
- Metabolism tracking with the Body Media Fit Armband for one week
- Daily emails to keep you motivated
- Support by blogging with the dietitian, trainer and other Challenge participants
