Various teen fitness programs are offered throughout the year.

Teen Fitness Classes and Programs

Pilates for Teens (ages 13 - 17)

Pilates is especially effective for teens to build core strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. We’ll use Pilates equipment like the Reformer to improve athletic performance and increase mental acuity. Teen Boot Camp (ages 13 - 16)

Have fun and get active at this boot camp designed specifically for teens. We’ll mix cardio and strength training circuits with work on the ¼ mile track. To register, contact the Reservation Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222, or reservations@eastbankclub.com.

Teen Fitness Certification (ages 13 - 15)

A personal trainer will go over basic guidelines of safe strength training and club policies regarding working out. After becoming certified, teens can work out in designated fitness areas during teen workout hours. Sessions are 45 minutes. Contact the Reservation Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222, to schedule a 45-minute private session.

Price: $48 - 55

Youth Fit (ages 10 - 13)

Pre-teens and tweens will work with a personal trainer to learn proper fitness techniques and build a solid exercise foundation. To register, contact the Reservations Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222, or reservations@eastbankclub.com.

Youth Yoga (ages 9 - 14)
