Power Plate

Power Plate equipment uses vibration technology that will add a whole new dimension to your fitness routine.

The Power Plate is a state-of-the-art device that vibrates while you exercise, transmitting waves of energy throughout the body and activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second. Beyond increasing strength and flexibility, exercising on the Power Plate equipment can improve blood circulation, decrease cellulite, increase bone density, and reduce pain and soreness for a faster post-workout recovery.

Power Plate machines are available for general member use. We also offer group classes and private and semi-private sessions on the Power Plate. 

Please note that Power Plate classes and private training sessions have priority on the Power Plate equipment.

Are you experiencing joint pain, limited range of motion or currently seeing a physical therapist? The Power Plate equipment offers a full-body workout in a short amount of time. Exercising on the Power Plate improves strength, power, flexibility, circulation, bone density, balance, weight loss, cellulite reduction, hormonal balance and post-workout recovery.
