Performance Center

Push yourself to the limit in our state-of-the-art Performance Center.

These classes are designed to build strength and endurance through short, intense bursts of effort followed by active recovery. They are progressively challenging, so you'll push yourself harder and farther each week. These classes are intended for intermediate to advanced exercisers.

Please note that these classes are offered in pre-scheduled sessions. Because the classes are progressive, and in order to provide the most beneficial program possible, sessions cannot be individually tailored.

Body Weight Burn

Prepare for the hardest 15 minutes of your day with this quick high-intensity, full-body workout designed to push your cardiovascular system. Participants should arrive warmed up and ready to sweat. Elements: Introduction to High Intensity Interval Training

Fierce Female Fitness

This killer workout is designed to help women get into the best shape of their lives. Participants utilize medicine balls, tires, sleds and their own body-weight to build strength, tone muscles and increase cardiovascular fitness. Small Group Fitness Nutrition Add-On

Get maximum results from our small-group fitness classes by supplementing your session with a customized nutrition plan from our dietitian. Participants will receive a special rate if they schedule by August 31. Tabata Training

Burn fat fast with this intense class. Tabata is a method of interval training that consists of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for four minutes. Tabata training increases your metabolism so that you will burn more calories throughout the day. This class utilizes barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises. TRX Suspension Training Group Classes
