Get started on your fitness routine with any of these programs designed for beginners and those who are new to the Club.

ActivTrax

ActivTrax is a system that offers members personalized workouts on the machines in the Cardiovascular and Selectorized Rooms. Based on your personal workout preferences, goals and exercise experience, ActivTrax will provide workouts to get you where you want to go. First, our fitness staff will conduct an initial one-hour evaluation of your fitness level and fitness goals. With that information, ActivTrax will guide you through a series of customized workouts. Elements: Introduction to High Intensity Interval Training

Build strength, tone muscle and burn calories with this moderate to high intensity circuit workout. Participants of all levels are welcome. To register, contact the Reservation Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222, or reservations@eastbankclub.com.

Pick up the Pace

Studies have shown that regularly moving at a brisk pace can add years to your life. Learn tips and tricks to pick up the pace using the Freemotion Incline Trainers. Registration is required. Recovery Tool Demos

Learn how to relieve tight muscles, ease pain and greatly improve mobility using myofascial release tools including products from TriggerPoint and Hyperice. There is no advance registration.

Tuesday Social Swim Club

These weekly meet-ups are ideal for beginning swimmers and anyone looking for a low-impact cardiovascular workout. Swim instructors will work with swimmers at their current level.
