ActivTrax is a system that offers members personalized workouts on the machines in the Cardiovascular and Selectorized Rooms. Based on your personal workout preferences, goals and exercise experience, ActivTrax will provide workouts to get you where you want to go. First, our fitness staff will conduct an initial one-hour evaluation of your fitness level and fitness goals. With that information, ActivTrax will guide you through a series of customized workouts.
