Fitness and Wellness

Our Fitness and Wellness department offers a variety of cardiovascular and strength training programs for members at every fitness level.

East Bank Club's cardiovascular space encompasses more than 25,000 square feet and houses more than 450 pieces of cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Our fitness areas include a state-of-the-art Cardiovascular Room, a newly remodeled Free Weight Room and a complete Selectorized Room. Staff is always on-hand to instruct you in proper use of the equipment, spot you in the weight rooms and answer your questions.

We offer an array of programs, ranging from classes designed for beginners and those new to the Club, to the popular Operation Get Fit Boot Camp and classes using the new technology of the Power Plate equipment. We also offer a number of fitness tests, such as the Bod Pod Body Fat Measurement and VO2 Max Testing.
