Small Group Yoga Classes

Deepen your Zen and strengthen your practice with our new small group yoga classes.

We offer a variety of classes that focus on specific practices.

All small group yoga classes take place in our private yoga studio, Studio 6, located on the north end of the fourth level near the tennis courts and Gymnasium. The studio offers a secluded and serene environment complete with mats, props and a rope-paneled wall.

Introduction to Yoga Nidra

These introductory classes will cover the basics of yoga nidra, an active meditation process done lying down. This deep state of relaxation calms the mind and dispels tension and fatigue, bolstering the body’s natural healing capacities to rejuvenate and energize on physical, mental and emotional levels. Intro to Chair Yoga

Learn how Chair Yoga can benefit those with balance issues or physical limitations with these introductory classes. Chair yoga can help with joint lubrication, balance and age-specific issues along with providing the benefits of regular yoga, such as helping with stress, breath, and fatigue. Advancing Your Practice

This intermediate series will help participants gain a greater understanding of benefits of yoga while forging a new path of growth. Learn how to customize yoga poses and inversions as well as how to apply the principles of yoga to your daily life. This class is ideal for those who have attended our Yoga Quick Start series. This four-week series will introduce beginners to the basic poses and principles of yoga. Each week will build on the previous week’s work, and the small-group setting offers individual assistance from our instructor.
