This class combines mat Pilates, resistance training and ballet barre exercises with a fitness edge to sculpt long and lean muscles. It is a non-stop endurance workout using isotonic and isometric contractions to work both the small intrinsic muscles and the major muscle groups, resulting in a sculpted upper body, toned thighs and a lifted seat.
