The parking lot directly east of the Club at 360 W. Hubbard Street is now closed for the development of a new rental apartment building and garage by The Habitat Company. The Habitat Company also developed East Bank Club, so there has been a close cooperation in planning the new building to a high standard. The new building, set to open late 2013, will have a covered underground garage exclusively for East Bank Club members and much additional parking for East Bank Club priority use in the apartment building garage. We are confident that this will solve any future parking availability issues.
In addition to the main Club garage and expanded valet service, we believe we have provided ample parking solutions during construction, which are set forth below. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
Location: 520 N. Kingsbury Street (Kingsbury Street and Grand Avenue)
Rates: Weekdays, first four hours: $5.75, $.50 each additional hour / Weekends and holidays*: $5.75
General: This garage can be accessed from the north end of the Club garage or directly at the Kingsbury Plaza garage entrance. Please swipe your membership card as you enter and exit the garage. If you prefer, pull a ticket on your way in and when you leave use a pay station in the Club garage or at the Kingsbury Plaza elevator lobby on the first level. Entering this garage at the Kingsbury Plaza entrance is a good option when there is more demand for parking in the Club’s garage.
Location: The northeast corner of Hubbard Street and Orleans Street (entrances on both streets)
Rate: $4 per day after 4 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays*
General: Please obtain a validation coupon at the Club’s reception desk when you check in. Use the validation coupon at the self-serve pay station in the garage lobby before returning to your car. This garage has plenty of open spaces on weekends.
Location: The southwest corner of Kinzie Street and Canal Street (entrance is 100 yards west of the Kinzie Street bridge)
Rate: $2 per day, weekends and holidays* only
General: Members must show their East Bank Club membership card upon entering the parking lot to receive the member rate.
As with all our parking facilities, rates are subject to change and East Bank Club is not responsible for the condition of the parking lot and garages or any damage done to cars parked there. Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking spaces at peak times.

Please note that there are two entrances/exits to the indoor garage. One is located underneath the main entrance to the Club, at the corner of Kingsbury and Kinzie. The other is located at the far north end of the Club, at Kingsbury and Grand.

Parking is available for members and guests in the Club’s underground garage, the valet lot, and the self-park lot at 360 W. Hubbard while they are using the Club. Disabled parking is available in the valet lot. When the valet lot is closed, pull up to the main entrance and give your keys to the staff at the Reception Desk.
Members and guests need to validate their parking tickets at the Reception Desk when checking into the Club.
In order to preserve the availability of the garage for members who are using the Club, there is a $28 charge if your car is left in the garage and you are not in the Club. There is also a $26 charge for an unvalidated or lost parking ticket. If you are in the Club for more than six hours (Monday through Friday), please stop in the Member Services office for a special validation.
Members can charge parking fees directly to their membership account when parking in the underground garage and the 360 W Hubbard lot by following these steps:
• When entering the garage or lot, swipe your membership card at the reader located on the driver's side of the vehicle just before the ticket dispensers. After swiping your card, the entrance gate will raise. You will not receive a parking ticket.
• In order to receive the member validated rates, your card must be swiped at the Reception Desk upon entering the Club. If you have been in the Club more than six hours on a weekday, you must have your card authorized in the Member Services office.
• When exiting the garage, swipe your membership card in the reader located on the driver's side of the vehicle. The charge will be displayed on the reader.

If you are paying by cash or credit card in the garage and lot, pay stations are located in a vestibule by the main entrance/exit of the garage and adjacent to the exit gate at the 360 W Hubbard lot. In addition, customers choosing to pay at the exit lane may do so with a credit card only.
Please note that the Club driveway is only to be used for entering the garage and for picking up and dropping off passengers. Parking in the driveway is otherwise prohibited.
