Did you receive my application?

If you applied via our online application process or via email, you should have received a confirmation email. This means that we received your application and are reviewing it.

Once EBC receives my resume, when can I anticipate hearing back regarding my status?

All resumes and applications are reviewed by the Human Resources Department and then sent to the hiring manager for review. If you are being considered for an open position, you will receive a phone call from the hiring manager to set up an interview within ten business days.

Can I check on the status of my application?

We do not comment on the status of any application. You will be contacted if you are being considered for a position.

The position I applied for is no longer posted. What does this mean?

Any position that is no longer posted on the EBC Website has been filled.

Can I apply for a position that is not posted?

You may submit an application at any time and it will be kept on file as an active application for three months. However, due to the high volume of applications we receive, it is your responsibility to send an email letting us know if you become interested in any position posted after your original application.

I applied for one position and now I see a second position I am also interested in. What do I need to do?

Send an email to hr@eastbankclub.com letting us know that you would like to be considered for both positions.

Do I need to fill out the entire application?

Yes, to be considered for a position, the entire EBC application form must be completed including the employment history section. Including a resume is not a substitution for filling out this section of the application.
