Appointments may be booked up to 30 days in advance. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel, please notify the Spa at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged. There is a three-hour cancellation policy for same-day scheduled appointments.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and prepare for your service. For your comfort, please shower prior to receiving massage therapy, body treatments and waxing services.
A late arrival will shorten your appointment time. Our technicians will work to maximize your time, but treatments end at the scheduled time so as not to delay the next guest.
As a courtesy to others, we ask that you keep your conversations at a quiet level in the Spa. Cell phones are not permitted in the Spa.
For your comfort, we provide complimentary robes and sandals for use during your appointment. Simply request a robe and sandals at the Spa desk.
Please advise your technician of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your treatment plan.
Personalized Spa packages are available upon request.
Gift cards are available at the main locker room desk, at the Spa desk or in Member Services.
We offer a selection of advanced skincare products. Your therapist can personalize an at-home regimen to enhance and maintain your skincare between treatments.
Members are welcome to share the Spa with guests. Members must schedule appointments for guests in advance and arrange a guest pass in Member Services.
Please remove any jewelry prior to your treatment. You may secure items in a locked deposit box located at the main locker room desk.
The Spa is designed for the enjoyment of adult members and guests. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Spa.
